Well, once again I created Christmas cards so that I can be all ready to go come the first part of December! I threw out my back a couple of weeks ago and had a hard time doing just about anything! What a long week of healing that was and terrible timing to boot! My oldest daughter Abigail was confirmed on Sunday May 1 in our church. We had a dinner celebration after the church service and I had food for 100 people! Couldn't get much of that done with a bum back, but I was able to do a little stamping as long as I only did a little at a time. This one being mostly punched pieces was easier on my back so I went with it! Here's a group shot of the 16 cards that I made!
Here's a single shot of just one! I love the way this card turned out! To make the cardinal I used an extra wing for the top and an extra wing for the face. The scallop square is on dimensionals as well as the cardinal's wing.
All supplies are Stampin' Up!
Stamps: All Holidays
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Always Artichoke, Basic Black
Accessories: Always Artichoke seam binding ribbon, Texture plates, scallop
square die Bird punch, Sponge, white gel pen, dimensional
Happy Stampin'!
