Beautiful You Pages

I haven't played with this set as much as I would like too. There just isn't enough time in the day to do everything that I would like too! Any chance of adding a couple more hours just so that I can play more? That may not be the best choice either!

I enjoyed working with this set and I will be pulling it out again, hopefully soon!

There is some gold accents on the pages that seem hard to see in the pictures. 

That middle stripe is embossed with a folder that I can't remember the name of. It may be Elegant Dots but I'm not sure and I can't find it now. Regardless, it has retired but you could use a different folder to accent that strip.

My oldest daughter, Abi, picked out the color scheme for this set of pages. She always manages to surprise me with some of her choices. They make me stretch and reach a little more than I would on my own.

Beautiful dragonflies layout

I'm sharing another set of scrapbook pages with you today. I love the colors of these pages. The DSP on these pages is not available any longer but you can always make these pages with different colors or the same colors but different papers.

Those dragonflies are just beautiful! 

So pretty spring pictures on these pages would be perfect!

My Inky Friends Design Challenge # 3

It's that time of the month again! Time for a My Inky Friends Design Challenge! Yeah!!

I LOVE these challenges! They are so much fun to see what everyone creates with the same beginning point. This month is a sketch challenge inspired from the Annual catalog, page 10.

I have to admit that I was a little unsure how to start with this sketch. It took me a few starts to get  going and complete something that I was happy with. Here is my take on the sketch. 

I turned the sketch on it's side. I embossed the background with Polka Dot Basics. It's kind of hard to see that in my picture.
