I had been invited to a bridal shower in January. I wasn't sure what to get as I don't know the bride or groom very well. I wanted to give something that they could use but was different at the same time. Besides, everything they registered for was soooo boring! You know, towels, sheets, kitchen dishes, silverware, boring stuff!! I went on the hunt for something different. I found this Date Night can on Pinterest and made my own! Here's mine. I did use retired DSP but you get the idea!
Stamps: Empire Alphabet Upper
Ink: Rich Razzleberry
Cardstock: Whisper White
Accessories: Blossoms punch, Scallop Trim border punch, Circle Scissors plus,
Bright Flower Brads, dimensionals and Razzleberry Lemonade DSP
I used an old formula can that someone had given to me. You can use what ever you have around your house. Inside the can I put slips of paper that had several different date ideas. Most of the ideas are inexpensive. I put this can with several of the items that they will need to go out on their dates.
I've been married for over 17 years and I think the thing I miss the most from dating is dating! My husband and I see and talk to each other all the time but very rarely do we have time just the 2 of us. I guess that should be expected when you have 4 kids! I think I need to make another for me and my hubby! Now, do I have another can...
Happy Stampin'!

Such a great bridal shower gift!
Great idea and I bet they will love it!
What a fun and thoughtful gift for the newlyweds! Make that date with your sweetie, Shelley!
Great gift idea Shelley! I'm sure they will love it.
Neat idea - I know what you're saying, even when you're together all the time it can be hard to make time just for each other!
