By now I'm sure you have seen the new In Colors. They are bright and fun! I have an In Color club where each month you get the cardstock, ink pad, marker, blends, designer series paper, ribbon, re-inker, glimmer paper, twine, and dots if you chose. When you are part of this club, you also get at least one card from me using the color for the month. I'm sharing with you the cards I made for Parakeet Party.
I only used Basic White and Parakeet Party for this card so that the color can stand out more. This limey green is one of my favorites! I always like when there is a limey green in our line up of colors!
I did some blending with Parakeet Party, Tahitian Tide, and Pool Party to create this background. You can see that I caught the edge of the stamp on the palm trees. I'm not sure how to hide this! Any ideas? I didn't realize it was there until after the card was put together. I was in a hurry.
Parakeet Party looks awesome with Polished Pink. They are both such fun, bright colors! The colors really make me smile.

Thanks for staying with me, even when I don't post. I have been super swamped with home and school that the blog and my business had to take a back seat for a time. I think I am catching up and will be able to be more consistent. At least it looks that way right now! Life is funny how fast that can change!
