Stampin' Up! Workshop card

This was one of the cards that I had my workshop attendees create. The ladies loved this card. I love this stamp set and am hoping that it makes it to the catalog come July! We used markers on the stamp and cut the decorative label in half to make a layer for the image. At the workshop, I had several people that had never seen the Big Shot! I know, how can that be?! Well, I was able to introduce them to this incredible machine! I even sold one that day and had others interested!

April Club Projects

At our last club meeting in April, we created projects using a Stampin' Up! Sneak Peek and items that were in the Occasions mini and are no longer available! So please forgive me for posting these items a little late!

The first card is the sneak peek! You could purchase this stamp set and DSP with a qualifying order or earn free with a qualifying workshop. These will be available again in July as they are from the new catalog that goes into effect on July 1! I also used the In Stitches wheel that was in the mini. I cut the wheel apart so that I could put the stitching marks where I wanted and I can use one set of stitches at a time!

This next card combined two of my favorite stamps from the mini, Eat Chocolate and Create a Cupcake! I also took inspiration from a Stampin' Success magazine. This is a magazine that only Stampin' Up! Demonstrators receive once a month. It's full of great ideas! I always enjoy reading it each month.

I LOVE this card! We did some embossing resist on it. My ladies loved the buttons and punches matched! Pretty cool that we were able to add color to the button!

The last project we did was a carrot pouch. This uses the Petal Cone die from Stampin' Up! There are so many uses for this die. It's a ton of fun to use it! What can you come up with?

February Club Projects--Cupcakes, Cupcakes, Cupcakes!

We had our club meeting tonight! Look at that! I'm posting the same night that the goodies were created! Amazing!!

This first project was a little bonus project that I wanted to create with my ladies. I knew that they would enjoy it. We used the Petal Card punch to create this little box. Sorry the picture is blurry. I really had a hard time getting  a descent shot of this little cutie!

This next project has been all over the blog circuit! It's so cute! My ladies enjoyed this project but it was agreed that none of us would make too many of them! Too much sewing for a group that doesn't sew! That being said, they were still happy that I showed them how to do it!

I found this GREAT card on Lyssa's blog and had to share it with my ladies! I did change the colors that Lyssa was using to the blues so that this could be used as a little boy's card or a little girls or even older! Everyone in my club LOVED this card!

This last card was lots of fun to create! I knew that I wanted to use this stamp set, so I showed it to Abi and she went and got these colors. I was a little shocked at first as I wasn't sure how to use them and I know that I would have never put them together. Well I stared at them for quite a while, I searched the internet for a similar color combo, then I searched the stamp set for a layout! By this time I had wasted several hours of precious stamping time and was pretty frustrated with myself! I decided to just start creating and see what happened. I am really happy with the way it turned out! I think I might even use these colors again!

January Club Projects

The first card that was done at my club meeting in January was also used for a shoe box swap that I did at my friend's house in Green Bay. Hi Kim!! We got together at Kim's house and we each brought a project for everyone to do. This was mine. The tops of the chocolates have crystal effects on it. Yummy!

This card was inspired by another card but I'm not sure where my copy of the picture went! Oh well, I don't think they ended up that close anyway. This card really made my club ladies say WOW! I showed them how to brayer the inside of their embossing folders and get a good ink transfer and they really liked this idea!

When I first saw this stamp set, I knew that I had to have it! My youngest daughter was a flamingo for Halloween! She loves this set. I also saw this card when I saw the stamp set. The background is the embossed inlay technique. My club loved this technique too!

This is my version of the heart that you can create from the petal cone die for the Big Shot. I just love the red, black and gray color combo!
