Final Christmas Card...For Now

These are the final Christmas cards from 2011. You will still be seeing Christmas from me as I have joined the Christmas card group on Stampin' Addicts where we are all making our cards for 2012 a little each month. There is time for you to still join! Go to Stampin' Addicts and join our group!

I made 40 of each of these cards and then mailed them to some of my customers with a class schedule in them. They were quick and easy but yet striking. The white is actually the card and the Cherry Cobbler or Always Artichoke is just a base. These could still be used for thank yous or thinking of yous at this time of the year.

This is the Always Artichoke.

Stamps: Four the Holidays
Cardstock: Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler or Always Artichoke
Ink: Cherry Cobbler or Always Artichoke
Accessories: Northern Flurries embossing folder

It's never too early to start your Christmas cards! Come join us and make yours all year long! (Much less stress in December!)

Lovely as a Tree Christmas

Neglected  blog again! I'm trying to get organized and keep up on my blog. Please bear with me while I try to figure out how to get everything done and organized!

This is a card that we created at my Christmas card class in December. I know that we are pass Christmas but you still need inspiration for your cards for next year that you are going to be creating all year long, right? This card is pretty simple to create and it's flat so there's no chance of having to pay extra postage on it! Yeah! To make the oval area I die cut copy paper with oval frame die and then I taped the scallop frame back onto my copy paper so that I had just this oval opening. I sponged Wisteria Wonder in the opening and then stamped the trees with Concord Crush that was stamped off once first. Then I removed the mask and stamped the pine tree with Concord Crush full strength. I did put glitter on the pine tree but you really can't see it in the picture.

Stamps: Lovely As A Tree, Four the Holidays
Cardstock: Concord Crush, Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White
Ink: Wisteria Wonder, Concord Crush
Accessories: Scallop oval frame die, Ticket corner punch, sponges, 2-way glue, Dazzling Diamonds

I have some more Christmas cards that I'm going to be showing over the next few days, as well as some new mini stuff! I'm loving ALL the accessories that are in the Occasions mini! Haven't seen it? You can go to my website HERE and see it or contact me and I'll get you a mini catalog!

Tealights

At my last club class, we created these awesome tealight boxes and candles. Tanya Boser shared on her blog HERE how to create these fabulous creations! With the new Simply Scored tool that Stampin' Up! has released, these are super easy! My ladies LOVED this project and so did I! I have taken this little box to a couple of workshops and vendor fairs and everyone that see it, adores this little box.

Stamps: Four the Holidays, Serene Snowflakes
Ink: Tempting Turquoise, Soft Suede, Regal Rose
Cardstock: Regal Rose, Soft Suede, Whisper White
Accessories: 1 3/8" circle punch, Tempting Turquoise grosgrain
ribbon, 1/16" handheld punch, heat tool, Simply Scored

Now you need to give your hand a try at these adorable little boxes and candles!
