August Paper Pumpkin Alternative 3

These were the last of the cards that I made with left over pieces from Giftable Greetings. I wasn't sure what to do with these great die cut stickers. I'm not sure what inspired these cards but they are cute! They didn't get mailed this year so if you are on my Christmas card list, be on the lookout next year! They will be used! The words are from Hang Your Stocking stamp set.

There were some Thanks ovals left too. I stamped the "it means so much" over the top and used more stickers to decorate.

Yes, I added cardstock to the kit to make it stretch so far but look at what I got out of it! I'm so pleased with all the completed cards just ready to be addressed and mailed off! Who doesn't LOVE happy mail?

Believe it or not, I also have a set of scrapbook pages that I will share with you tomorrow. What are you getting out of these kits?

Winter cards

December got away from me and I have Christmas cards that I didn't get posted on my blog! I hope you will still be inspired by them so I am going to share them anyway.

Here is a card was part of my Stamp A Stack in November. It's pretty simple but then when you have to create many, simple is best. This first card is a horizontal version.

I also made a vertical version. I'm not sure which I like best. The only thing different on them is the placement of the verbiage.

I am going to be creating Christmas cards every month so that when Christmas comes along, all I have to do is address the envelopes! I am going to be making 6 of each card. Keep watching for more Christmas inspiration throughout the year!

Hang Your Stocking Pages 2

I hope you had a GREAT Thanksgiving day! Are you out shopping today?

While all the papers were on my table for the Presenting the Gifts blog hop, I made a set of scrapbook pages. Stampin' Up! stamps and papers can be used to make so much more than just cards. I love the challenge of using the stamps to make scrapbook pages. I started in the scrapbook world a bit late. I have been stamping for almost 22 years (WOW does that make me feel old!) and I have just starting making pages the last 5 years. With 4 children and lots of memories, I have a ton of pages that need to be made.

Hang Your Stocking Pages

These pages I made last year when scrapping at a friend's house. I wasn't very faithful in posting to my blog then (lets face it, I still am not very faithful, but I am trying!) and I wanted to share them in light of using Hang Your Stocking for my blog hop stamp set. Because I made these last year, they are created with a retired In Color, Mint Macaron. You could recreate these pages using any other green color or even Pool Party would be an awesome substitute!
