Forever & Always has this beautiful script that I fell in love with so I purchased this set. I haven't used it as much as I had planned or hoped. I should have known though that soccer would take up my time! (And that is OK as I love watching my girls play!)
I started by stamping the love on the Basic White sheet several times, creating my background. I die cut the label and stamped the greeting. The flower was stamped, die cut and colored. I used the Petal Pink blends to color the flower. The flower is also covered in Wink of Stella.
This is a super fun fold card called an impossible card. It's super simple to make. Start with a 4-1/4" by 5-1/2" piece of cardstock. Score the cardstock on the 4-1/4" side at 2-1/8". On the 5-1/2" side, cut at 2-3/4" down to the score line. Turn cardstock so that the other side of 5-1/2" is on top and cut at 1" and 4-1/2" down to the center score line. Twist the cardstock creating the card base. Designer Series Paper: Cut a 4" by 3-1/4" piece. Along the 3-1/4" side, line up the right side at 3/4" and cut from 1-7/8" down. Rotate 180 degrees and repeat. Along the 4" side, line up the left side at 1-7/8" and cut down from 3/4" to 2-1/2". Remove the left piece. Rotate 180 degrees, line up the left side at 1-7/8" and cut down from 3/4" to the bottom of cardstock. This should create the layers for the card base.
I did a Facebook Live making a different card but it will show you the cuts and folds. You can watch that video HERE.
This is the back side of the impossible card.
Bleach painting is something that I did a long time ago but I haven't done in a long time. It's good to try those older techniques again or maybe they are new to you and you are trying for the first time! Just make sure you are wearing clothes that don't matter if you get a little bleach on them.
Start by heat embossing your images. Use a paint brush or water painter to place the bleach where you want it. Allow the bleach to dry. Every color cardstock will bleach out a bit different. The Stampin' Up! papers are colored all the way through so they really have a different look to the bleached area. I have a Facebook Live creating this card. You can watch it HERE.
This bundle is retiring and won't be available after June 30. Get you bundle before it's gone!
