Gorgeous Leaves Fall Scrapbook Pages

Gorgeous Leaves is a beautiful stamp with a marvelous set of coordinating dies. I used the dies on this card and the stamp from Ornate Thanks and I created pumpkins too!

Rooted in Nature Fall Scrapbook Pages

The new mini and Sale-a-bration have started! I love this time of the year. We get some great stamps, dies, punches, papers, embellishments and other goodies that are centered on spring. I love spring! We also get rewarded for getting these new goodies with free items! What could be better in the stamping world? If you need a catalog, please let me know! I would love to get one in the mail to you!

While I'm looking at all the fun goodies in the new mini, I still have some things that I have created with the old mini goodies. The Gilded Autumn designer series paper is so pretty! I used three different patterns to create this set of pages.

You can see the three patterns on this page. I used Rooted in Nature for the leaves. The leaves were stamped and die cut. Then added to the page with dimensionals.

Here is a close up of the tree that is on the bottom of the right page. I did a technique called thumping. Thumping is when you use your markers and thump them against your stamp. I used Crumb Cake, Early Espresso and Cajun Craze. The tree was die cut and adhered to Early Espresso cardstock. I then fussy cut around the tree leaving a small border.

The tree was added to the layout with dimensionals.

Keep using your paper! It is more fun to use your paper than to hoard it! It is one of my goals to work through some of the hoarded papers that I have!

Happy Fall pages with Harvest Hellos

I really enjoy using my stamps and papers to create scrapbook pages but I have to admit that I go in streaks with creating pages. I did make these this fall and never got around to writing up the blog post for them. (I don't want to admit to how many blog posts are waiting for me to write them up! Need to focus on this job!)

I started with Bumble Bee for the background paper. I cut a piece of Pumpkin Pie and Whisper White on the diagonal to fit into the two corners.

I used the pumpkin stamp from Harvest Hellos with Bumble Bee ink to create a background. I also used Playful Alphabet to die cut the letters. I did use dimensionals to adhere them. The photo mats are Crumb Cake.

The pumpkins are stamped on Pumpkin Pie cardstock with Pumpkin Pie ink and punched out. The leaves were fussy cut from Garden Green. The Bumble Bee between the Pumpkin Pie and Whisper White is the ribbon to add even more texture.

This diagonal layout was definitely out of the box for me and I love the way it turned out. Don't be afraid to use those stamps to create fantastic pages for your fabulous photos!

Colorful Seasons Pages

I ran out of time to create with these gorgeous papers this fall, so I pulled them during my Christmas break to make some scrapbook pages with. You can use the layout to create with papers you have or copy mine with Come To Gather!

I used the leaves from Colorful Seasons and Seasonal Layers dies to put the accents on these pages.

The lacy edge on the right of this page was punched with Decorative Border Ribbon Punch. I love the stamp that says "Life is a beautiful thing." Life really is beautiful, even when it's hard and ugly. There is always something to be grateful for and happy about.

I hope you are finding time to create beautiful things. You are welcomed to share those things with me. I would treasure Oooing and Ahhhing over your projects!

Happy Stampin'!
Shelley
