#loveitchopit was started by a demonstrator in Australia. Her motto is that you will use your designer series papers if you cut them. She recommends that you cut them to be layers on your card bases. Those measurements are 4" x 5-1/4". I cut these a bit smaller and got 24 cards from 2 full sheets of designer series paper.
The bases on these cards are Soft Sea Foam. The designer series paper was cut to 3" x 4" and the layer is Shaded Spruce cut to 3-1/8" x 4-1/8". The circle is from Stitched Shapes.
These are Just Jade card bases and Pretty Peacock layer. The oval is also from Stitched Shapes.
How about some Shaded Spruce card base and Soft Sea Foam layer with Stitched Labels for the greeting.
These are Pretty Peacock and Just Jade and I used Tasteful Label dies for the greeting.
Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive are the colors for these cards and Stitched Shapes are the dies for the greeting.
These are Garden Green and Pear Pizzazz and I used Painted Labels.
I stamped a leaf on each of the greeting tags in the lighter color of ink and the greeting in the darker ink. I added a bow of linen thread with a glue dot. The layers and the greeting are adhered with dimensionals.
These are fast, fun, easy cards to that you can create with any patterned paper. I love that I have all these cards ready to go and that they have a masculine feel to them too.
Happy Stampin'!
