This stamp set has been around for awhile already. I did purchase it fairly early on in its history with Stampin' Up! but didn't take the time to play with it. I think there were so many people playing with it that I didn't. I'm sad that I haven't pull this from my shelf sooner. No need to wallow in what didn't happen. Just keep working forward!
Highland Heather is the card base for this beauty. I really enjoy the bright colors on this card and the spring feel that radiates off this card. I colored the flowers with Highland Heather, Fresh Freesia, Magenta Madness and Granny Apple Green blends. Wouldn't you love this bouquet sitting on your kitchen counter? I would!
Here is a color combination that I will be revisiting! I am crazy about how these colors work together. The flowers were colored with Pale Papaya, Pool Party, Granny Apple Green and a touch of Pumpkin Pie. The flowers were fussy cut and a bit of a pain to cut as there are so many edges! The jar has a punch!
Early Espresso is the card base on this lovely. The wood grain paper is from In Good Taste designer series paper. The flowers were colored with blends again. This time with Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Misty Moonlight, and Pale Papaya. The ribbon around the jar is a great way to finish this card off.
What stamp set has been sitting on your shelf waiting to get played with? I have a couple other sets that I am going to make the time to work with soon and I'm hoping this one will be on my table real soon again!
